Prior to joining West Fourth Partners, Adam was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company. He has experience advising companies of all sizes, primarily in the healthcare sector, through a variety of strategic decisions. He has performed due diligence on healthcare assets, including technology and SaaS assets as well as service-oriented companies. He has advised private equity firms on portfolio strategy, as well as having led turnaround efforts within portfolio companies. He has also coached the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies through mergers, transformations, strategic IT decisions, and organizational restructuring. Prior to McKinsey, Adam developed go-to-market strategy for IBM’s healthcare business unit, identifying ways to deploy a global sales force more effectively in order to improve sales of IBM software, hardware, and services. He worked in tandem with corporate M&A teams to build out IBM’s capabilities in healthcare through acquisitions of complementary assets. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University in molecular biology and biochemistry, and an MBA from NYU Stern, with specializations in strategy, business analytics, and entrepreneurship. While in business school, Adam was the recipient of the Elizabeth Wolfe Morrison Faculty Scholarship, and a dean’s list designee. He was also elected by his peers to lead the Stern Healthcare Association. Adam grew up on Long Island outside of New York City, and now lives with his wife, Amy, a corporate lawyer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. specializing in venture capital and securities law.

As an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse, Michael advised diversified industrials and aerospace & defense companies on M&A and financing transactions. Michael has worked on transformative transactions for large blue-chip industrial companies as well as fast-growing niche businesses across a broad range of industries. His responsibilities included performing and supervising the creation of comprehensive financial and industry analyses, including valuation, cash flow projections, and industry and market trends. He has also participated and coordinated financial and operational due diligence sessions in connection with capital markets and M&A transactions. Michael started his career at EFG International (“EFG”) in Geneva, Switzerland, where he took on a number of roles within the investment teams before transitioning to corporate strategy and management, most recently as Head of Investment Administration & Risk for the Swiss asset management division. During this tenure, he worked on a number of high-priority strategic projects and was a member of the Management Committee, which required regulatory approval. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MBA from NYU Stern, with specialization in finance and strategy. Michael graduated from business school with academic distinction, was the recipient of the Harry A. Hopf merit scholarship, was a Glucksman Fellow, participated in NYU Stern Leadership Development Program, and was a member of the Student Government as VP of International Committee. Michael is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an academic honor society. Michael was born in the UK and grew up in Paris, France. He now lives in New York with his wife Tiffany, a PhD candidate in political science at Princeton University. He is fluent in French, is a dual-citizen of the UK and Finland, and is a permanent resident of the United States.
